Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity provides specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children. There are currently over 120 Roald Dahl Nurses caring for more than 33,000 seriously ill children, but there are still too many children with serious illnesses who do not receive this vital specialist care. Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity understand how immensely difficult being diagnosed with a serious illness is for a child and their whole family. It is uncertain, overwhelming, scary, and deeply unfair. Navigating this challenging and complex world can be daunting, particularly when an initial diagnosis is made.
