Returns Policy – The Knitting Network

If you're not 100% happy with your new products, you can return them for a full refund provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

You will need to complete the customer returns form that is within your order parcel (this form can be found inside your parcel at the bottom of your invoice). Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a resalable condition or are damaged.

Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into under any circumstances. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them.

Please note that you are responsible for the return cost of postage. Your parcel needs to be returned to the address indicated on your invoice inside your parcel, which is ready to cut out and stick to the front of your parcel for returns.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you can do so from the moment an order is placed and ends 14 days from the day you receive your order. We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to get in touch using any of our available contact options to let us know you'd like to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched we request that you follow our returns policy. 

Please note digital download orders cannot be cancelled once they have been downloaded. Please refer to our full  terms and conditions for more information.

How long will it take for a refund to show in my bank account?
Once we have received your return parcel we will send you an email confirmation that we have received your parcel. Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by us and for the refund to show in your account. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.

Can I cancel a pattern digital download?
Once the download starts you lose your right to cancel the order. We also can’t issue refunds based on your inability to meet system or regional requirements. Please ensure the digital content is what you want before downloading it. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for more information.

How can I exchange products?
Please return your unwanted goods for a full refund as per the above procedure and place a new order on our website for the goods that you would like in exchange.

Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?
We're really quick at processing your order which means we can't make any changes after 3pm on the day of placing your order. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. Please call us on Freephone 0800 024 1212. If the cancel option is not available, then you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
