Free patterns to celebrate Wool Week: 7th-15th October 2017
By Teresa Conway 7 years ago

Every year in October we celebrate Wool Week! Designers, makers and wool lovers come together to enjoy and promote this wonderful fibre that we all adore in unique and interesting ways.

Beginning in 2010, the campaign has proven very successful and has been introduced to international markets such as Australia and Japan.

Wool Week is a wonderful way to celebrate and enjoy the craftsmanship that goes into the work of the designers. The Wool BnB, designed and curated by Karina Garrick and a range of other designer makers, was open for Wool Week 2016. During which the BnB was open for guests to stay and enjoy the woolly wonderland!

This year, Campaign for Wool launched the Wool Fusion Exhibition over at Carousel Space. This event is free admission and features a collection of beautiful wool interiors, art and wearable pieces. A treat for wool lovers everywhere!

Give as thoughtful woolly gifts or keep for yourself!
