Digital Patterns cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been downloaded. Faulty or damaged goods will be fully refunded, including the original postage costs.

Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be inspected and refunds processed. Once your return is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email if you supplied your email address when ordering, otherwise, you will see the funds return to your bank.
